The 55th Annual Jesse James Festival brought thousands of residents and visitors to Kearney, Missouri, delivering two action-packed weekends of tradition, friendly competition, and community celebration. Held primarily at Jesse James Park, this milestone year blended time-honored frontier heritage with family-friendly entertainment across both weekends.

Opening Saturday: September 12
The festival kicked off its preliminary weekend with adrenaline-pumping horsepower and family motorsport fun:

Line Dancing at the Pavilion: Instructor Tami Davis led free group line-dancing lessons for dancers of all skill levels.
Park Festivities: Concessions, DJ entertainment, and evening socializing set the tone for the busy weekend ahead.
